About Abode Inspection Services
Abode Inspection Services was incorporated in 1984 by Pat Duggan. Since then, Abode Inspections has performed thousands of building inspections and has earned a reputation for integrity, thoroughness, professionalism and technical competence.
This commitment to excellence has been passed on to a second generation with Sean Duggan taking on the role of primary inspector with Abode Inspections.

Meet Your Inspector
Sean Duggan is a second generation inspector, continuing this family run business incorporated in 1984. Mr. Duggan officially joined Abode Inspections in 2001, and subsequently spent the next three years assisting on building inspections of all classifications. Concurrently, Mr. Duggan worked on post-secondary studies in building sciences.
Since this time Mr. Duggan has achieved RHI (Registered Home Inspector) status with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors, as well as full membership in the

American Association of Home Inspectors (ASHI). He has been involved in thousands of inspections, involving residential, commercial, multi-unit, and other building classifications.
